Some inspirational eco designs

The eco Fashion Buzzines and Walter Raes

The "Eco-Fashion", like all the fashions and trends in this world, comes from an "event". For example, the film "Moulin Rouge" brings all this corsets to the high street stores, and the past Olympics Games in China the oriental style, the origami and the "Chinese essence shampoo"… and the eco-fashion was the result of the global warming. So now we have some designers trying to use rest of garment (before rubbish) and organic materials. But it this really going to change something? Nobody see that the problem is how fast the trends changes today, how the high street industry is changing their stock in their shops and producing mountains of rubbish. I personally vote for the second hand and with the money I economize I will buy few quality and designers garments. No to the High street, no to Primark, no to Heat and Look magazine… The only thing I would like to believe is in the Fair trade, but even that become a business and is ridiculous the money the ask for use their logo for the services they give.

After all of this I will like to show you the inspirational work of Walter Raes, one of this this artist who use the eco/recuperation in his designs. Is true that we always try to  make wearable art – but Walter Raes does it ingeniusly.
